Students attending an after school extra curricular activity MUST have *written permission and BE PRESENT AT THE ACTIVITY, not outside playing."
 

This means seated in the gym or area of activity.
Students are not allowed to play in the concessions area.

*Written permission via a student's agenda, on date of after school activity, is permissible.
